When you're within our coverage area, we'd be delighted to arrange a complimentary meet and greet right in the comfort of your home. During this special visit, we take the time to get to know your furry family members on a personal level. We'll tour your home to understand their daily routines, discover where their supplies are kept, and familiarize ourselves with your home security procedures. Additionally, we'll discuss essential household details, payment and cancellation policies, introduce you to our convenient customer portal app, and ensure we have everything we need to provide the best care for your pets. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet both you and your cherished animal companions, building a trusting and loving relationship from the very start.
